Located in the old Qingpu Town (the ancient Blue Dragon Town) 1
km away from the present town, built in the 2nd Tianbao year of
the Tang Dynasty (743) and rebuilt in the Qingli years of the
Northern Song Dynasty (1041-1048), is a structure of wood and
brick of 7 stories, in octagonal shape. Now, only the pagoda
body is preserved. |
